Spice up your happy hour this summer with a frozen dragon fruit margarita! This dragon fruit cocktail is the ultimate treat to enjoy pool side or at the beach.
Blend the ingredients on high speed until well combined.
Add sugar to a plate that’s wide enough to fit the rim of your margarita glasses.
Wet the rim of each margarita glass with the remaining lime juice from the lime you squeezed earlier.
Place the rim of the margarita glass on top of the sugar, making sure to coat the entire rim.
Slice the fresh dragon fruit for garnishing if desired.
Finally, pour the frozen dragon fruit margarita into the glasses, garnish with a slice of fresh dragon fruit and enjoy!
Notes
Substitute the sugar rim for a salt rim if desired. I prefer a sweet rim for this dragon fruit cocktail, but you can substitute for salt if that’s your preference.
Use a good quality blender for this recipe. A strong blender like this onewill ensure your frozen ingredients get blended in well with the other ingredients.
