Crispy Jerk Turkey Wings

  • First, start by patting your turkey wings dry with a paper towel.
  • Cut off the tip of the turkey wings if you don’t eat them or like them. Leave them on if they don’t really bother you at all.
  • Next, in a large bowl, season with fresh lime juice, salt, ground black pepper, jerk seasoning, granulated garlic, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes and oregano. Place in the fridge to marinate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
  • Remove them from the refrigerator and preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Next, prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the turkey wings on the parchment paper and top off with any remaining marinade from the bowl.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 375 degrees F oven for 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour uncover the turkey wings and bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until the wings are completely cooked through.
  • Broil for the last 3-5 minutes while keeping an eye on it.
  • Finally, remove from the oven, top off with green scallions and enjoy!
