Air Fryer Garlic Shrimp

This air fryer garlic shrimp is made in just 10 minutes! It's the perfect meal for busy week nights. I love making shrimp in the air fryer because the clean up is super easy. I serve this garlic shrimp with a side salad, garlic bread or even rice!

  • First, start by pat drying the peeled and deveined shrimp or prawns with a paper towel. This helps the shrimp absorb all the flavors from the seasonings and garlic.
  • Spray non stick cooking spray to the inside of the basket in the air fryer.
  • Next, preheat the air fryer by setting it to 400 degrees F for 3 minutes.
  • Chop and mince the garlic cloves.
  • In a medium bowl, season the shrimp or prawns with the dry white wine, olive oil, salt, crushed red pepper flakes and minced garlic cloves.
  • Stir to coat the shrimp with all the seasonings.
  • Next, add the seasoned garlic shrimp to the air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees F for 7 minutes, flipping them over after 4 minutes.
  • Transfer the cooked shrimp to a plate, top off with lemon and fresh parsley and enjoy!
