- 2 cups chopped papaya fruit fresh or frozen
- 8 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup crushed ice omit if using frozen papaya fruit
Start by cutting your fresh papaya into cubes.
Place your cut papaya fruit, crushed ice, whole milk and sweetened condensed milk into a blender.
Blend until smooth for about 3-5 minutes. Do no blend for longer than 5 minutes, as this can impact the taste of your smoothie.
