  • 2 cups chopped papaya fruit fresh or frozen
  • 8 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup crushed ice omit if using frozen papaya fruit


  • Start by cutting your fresh papaya into cubes.
  • Place your cut papaya fruit, crushed ice, whole milk and sweetened condensed milk into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth for about 3-5 minutes. Do no blend for longer than 5 minutes, as this can impact the taste of your smoothie.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
