  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1/2 avocado sliced or mashed
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or to taste
  • chia seeds for topping
  • agave nectar for topping


  • First, toast the slice of bread.
  • Transfer the toast to a plate and spread the peanut butter over it.
  • Slice the avocado and add the slices to the toast.
  • Drizzle with agave nectar and top with chia seeds.
