Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
Scrub the potatoes clean then dry them with a paper towel.
Cut each potato in half, lengthwise then transfer to a bowl.
Finely chop the garlic and fresh rosemary.
Season the baby fingerling potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Toss everything in the bowl to combine.
Spray the inside of the air fryer with a little bit of propellant-free cooking sprayto ensure the potatoes don’t stick to the bottom and transfer the potatoes to the air fryer.
Cook at 400 degrees F for 15-17 minutes, opening the basket halfway to shake the potatoes.
Top with fresh parsley and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or entree.
