Air Fryer Fingerling Potatoes

  • 24 oz fingerling potatoes
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika powder or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper or to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnishing


  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  • Scrub the potatoes clean then dry them with a paper towel.
  • Cut each potato in half, lengthwise then transfer to a bowl.
  • Finely chop the garlic and fresh rosemary.
  • Season the baby fingerling potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  • Toss everything in the bowl to combine.
  • Spray the inside of the air fryer with a little bit of propellant-free cooking sprayto ensure the potatoes don’t stick to the bottom and transfer the potatoes to the air fryer.
  • Cook at 400 degrees F for 15-17 minutes, opening the basket halfway to shake the potatoes.
  • Top with fresh parsley and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or entree.


  • Season the potatoes according to taste.
  • Fresh herbs and garlic work best for this recipe.
  • Cooking times may vary depending on what kind of air fryer you own. I used a 5.3 QT Ultenic air fryer for this recipe.
