Air fryer naked chicken tenders are low carb and keto friendly. They’re packed with flavor from the spices used then air fried until perfectly golden and cooked through.   • Chicken Tenderloins – Season the chicken tenderloins on all sides before air frying.
  • Salt, Pepper, Granulated Garlic, Paprika Powder, Oregano and Celery Salt – Combine the spices together and season the chicken tenderloins.

How To Make Air Fryer Naked Chicken Tenders

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat dry the chicken tenderloins with a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, granulated garlic, paprika powder, oregano and celery salt.
  4. Season the chicken tenders on all sides with the spices. For an even bigger kick try 2-3 tsp of this KFC Spice Blend instead.
  5. Spray the inside of the air fryer with an olive oil mist spray which is safe for air fryers.
  6. Transfer the unbreaded chicken tenders to the air fryer and cook at 375 degrees F for 12-15 minutes (flipping halfway) or until a kitchen thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken reads 165 degrees F.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Can I Use Chicken Breast Instead?

Yes, this recipe works with boneless, skinless chicken breast as well. Simply slice the chicken into strips that resemble chicken tenders and follow the rest of the cooking instructions as is.
