How To Make Baked Candied Kielbasa

- Slice the kielbasa sausage into 1/2 inch pieces and transfer to a 9×13 baking dish.
- Pour beer into the baking dish with the sausage in it. Or replace the beer with water if you prefer.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

What’s The Best Sauce To Use?
For this recipe, I used Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ and sweet chili sauce. I love the flavor of these sauces and it’s one of my favorite brands to use for many of my recipes. However, you may use any brand you prefer for either one of these sauces.
Storing Suggestions
Store completely cooled leftover Polish sausage in an air tight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Warm up in the microwave until completely heated through when ready to enjoy again.
Recipe Notes
- Replace the beer with water if you prefer.
- Line the baking dish with aluminum foil for easier clean up.
- This recipe was made with fresh kielbasa sausage. If using pre-cooked sausage, the cooking time will have to be reduced significantly and only baked until the sauce thickens.
