How To Make A Big Mac Salad

  1. First, start by making the Big Mac sauce. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, dill relish, onion powder and paprika. Set aside for now.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper and granulated garlic.
  3. Cook the beef in a large pan over medium heat. Use a meat chopper to break the meat up into large chunks. Once you’re finished cooking the ground beef, drain the excess fat.

What Kind Of Ketchup Should I Use?

Make sure to use keto friendly and sugar free ketchup. You want to ensure the salad is completely low carb and keto approved. So using a good quality keto ketchup brand like this one is a must.

Can I Make This Big Mac Salad Ahead?

Absolutely! I prefer to place my ground beef in a separate container so that I can heat it up. I also store my Big Mac sauce in a separate container as well so that my other vegetables remain crunchy. When I’m ready to eat, I simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl or container and enjoy.
