Pulse fresh strawberries in a food processor. You’ll still want some chunks of strawberries when finished.
In a stand mixer, beat the heavy cream until it resembles whipped cream.
Crush the Oreo cookies.
In a bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, strawberries, crushed Oreo cookies and fold in the whipped cream gently until the ingredients are fully combined.
Transfer to an 8×8 dish, cover with plastic wrap and freeze over night. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
- Original Oreo cookies were used for this recipe but Golden Oreos work well too.
- Do not over mix the heavy cream.
- This recipe must be kept in the freezer for at least a good 12 hours before serving.
