  • In a bowl, whisk together the white pepper, ground black pepper, dried parsley, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, accent seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper and onion powder.
  • Transfer to a mason jar and store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • Make sure to store in an air tight container to preserve the freshness of your whataburger seasoning. Mason jars work really well.
  • Dark brown sugar was used for this recipe.
  • Use less cayenne pepper to reduce the spiciness.
