Ingredients

Instructions

  • First, start by seasoning the ground beef with salt, pepper, granulated garlic and smoked paprika.
  • Shape the ground beef into patties. I got 4 burger patties out of 1.5 lbs of ground beef.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  • Place the burger patties inside the air fryer. I was able to fit 4 patties inside my 7 qt. If you have a smaller air fryer, you’ll have to work in smaller batches.
  • Cook at 375 degrees F for 8-11 minutes (flip halfway) according to how well done you like your burger.
  • Remove the burger patties from the air fryer and top with cheese, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, ketchup and pickles between two hamburger buns and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you like your burgers very well done, you’ll need to cook them for at least 15 minutes.
  • Cooking times may vary depending on the power of your air fryer.
  • Always read your air fryer manual before cooking in it.
  • The seasoning measurements posted in this recipe are used as a general guideline. Always season to taste.
  • Hamburgers are safest to eat once the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Use a kitchen thermometer to measure the temperature.
