These air fryer pumpkin fritters are made with pumpkin spice and everything nice! Enjoy this fall with a hot cup of coffee as you watch the leaves falling.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, brown sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, egg, milk and melted butter.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together to form the pumpkin fritter batter.
  • Spray the inside of the air fryer with propellant free coconut oil spray.
  • Use a 2 tbsp cookie scoop to scoop out each fritter and place in the air fryer.
  • Air fry at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer and give each fritter a quick spray with the propellant free coconut oil spray so the cinnamon sugar sticks well to the fritters.
  • Roll each pumpkin fritter in cinnamon sugar and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving (optional).

Notes

  • Always read your air fryer manual.
  • Cooking times may vary depending on the air fryer brand you use.
  • Don't over crowd when air frying the fritters.
  • For this recipe, I used this Ghirardelli caramel sauce.
