Cajun Corn Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces frozen corn cook according to package instructions
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 lime squeezed juice
  • 3 sprigs fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Boil the frozen corn according to the package intructions.
  • Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
  • Melt the butter and pour over the corn.
  • Squeeze in fresh lime juice.
  • Sprinkle with cajun seasoning and fresh cilantro.
  • Toss until all of the ingredients coat each corn and serve immediately.

Notes

  • The cajun seasoning I used to make this recipe can be found here.
  • If the cajun seasoning you use does not contain salt, you’ll need to add salt to taste.
  • Do not over cook the corn.
