- 6 pieces frozen corn cook according to package instructions
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 3 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1/2 lime squeezed juice
- 3 sprigs fresh cilantro chopped
Boil the frozen corn according to the package intructions.
Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Melt the butter and pour over the corn.
Squeeze in fresh lime juice.
Sprinkle with cajun seasoning and fresh cilantro. Toss until all of the ingredients coat each corn and serve immediately.

- If the cajun seasoning you use does not contain salt, you’ll need to add salt to taste.
- Do not over cook the corn.
