  • Finely chop the fresh parsley and mince the garlic cloves.
  • In a bowl, combine the parsley, garlic cloves, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, ground black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes and oregano.
  • Mix well until fully combined.
  • Serve with your favorite steak or seafood and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use fresh parsley for this recipe.
  • This is optional but I sometimes add in 1 finely chopped red chili pepper to my homemade chimichurri instead of dried red pepper flakes to add additional flavor.
  • Pairs best with steak or seafood.
