Finely chop the fresh parsley and mince the garlic cloves.
In a bowl, combine the parsley, garlic cloves, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, ground black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes and oregano.
Mix well until fully combined.
Serve with your favorite steak or seafood and enjoy!
