Instructions
Rim the cocktail glasses with juice from a fresh lime or a little bit of honey.
Add the
white sparkling sugar
and
red sanding sugar
to a bowl and dip the rims of the
glasses
to coat.
Add ice and fresh raspberries to each glass.
In a
mixer
, combine the
cran-raspberry juice
, sparkling wine and raspberry liqueur.
Shake vigorously and pour into each
mimosa glass
.
Garnish with fresh raspberries, serve and enjoy.
Notes
Use a
mixer
to ensure the liquor and juices are well combined.
Freeze the raspberries for about an hour before making the drink, if desired.
Add a small squeeze of lime juice at the end for a little extra jazz.
