Ingredients

Instructions

  • First, start by cutting and freezing the bananas.
  • Next, add the frozen bananas, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, plain greek yogurt and ground cinnamon to a blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  • Finally, top off with more ground cinnamon if desired, serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you don’t have unsweetened vanilla almond milk, you may use any other kind of milk you have on hand. I’ve also made this smoothie with oat milk and it was really good!
  • You can store this smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 2 days in an air tight container. Alternatively, you can make ahead and freeze in an air tight container for up to 3 months.
  • The sweetness from the bananas was perfect for my taste! However, if you don’t think the smoothie is sweet enough, feel free to add a little honey or your sweetener of choice!
