First, start by making the Big Mac sauce. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, dill relish, onion powder and paprika. Set aside for now.
Season the ground beef with salt, pepper and granulated garlic.
Cook the beef in a large pan over medium heat until it browns. This will probably take about 10-12 minutes. Use a meat chopper to break the meat up into large chunks. Once you’re finished cooking the ground beef, drain the excess fat.
Chop the lettuce, onion and pickles.
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, lettuce, diced onion, pickle slices and cheese.
Drizzle the salad with big mac sauce and toss to combine.
Top the salad with sesame seeds if desired and serve.
