Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2.5 oz canned tuna
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 3 tsp canned green chiles
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/4 cup monterey jack cheese
  • 2 bread slices
  • 1/2 avocado diced

Instructions

  • First, start by preparing your spicy mayonnaise. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, paprika powder, granulated garlic, canned diced green chiles and canned tuna. Mix very well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Next, add cheese to your bread and toast it either in the toaster oven for about 4-5 minutes or on a hot skillet on the stove over medium-high heat.
  • Once your bread is finished toasting, top it off with your spicy mayonnaise mixture. Top off with everything bagel seasoning and avocado.
  • Serve as a side to a hot bowl of soup or by itself and enjoy!
