Equipment

Ingredients

  • 5-6 medium ripe peaches approximately 3-4 cups
  • 1/3 cup water for the peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups white granulated sugar 1/2 cup for the peaches and 1 cup for the cobbler topping
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • First, begin peeling the peaches and slicing them. Place them in a large bowl and add your sugar and water. Mix well to combine.
  • Next, prepare your cobbler topping. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, milk, baking powder and vanilla extract. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Place your peaches into your slow cooker.
  • Pour your cobbler topping batter on top of the peaches inside your slow cooker.
  • Next, place a dry paper towel on top of your slow cooker to cover and close the lid. The paper towel will catch the condensation while your peach cobbler cooks.
