First, begin peeling the peaches and slicing them. Place them in a large bowl and add your sugar and water. Mix well to combine.
Next, prepare your cobbler topping. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, milk, baking powder and vanilla extract. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Place your peaches into your slow cooker.
Pour your cobbler topping batter on top of the peaches inside your slow cooker.
Next, place a dry paper towel on top of your slow cooker to cover and close the lid. The paper towel will catch the condensation while your peach cobbler cooks.
Cook on high for 2.5-3 hours or until completely cooked through.
