How To Make Air Fryer Jalapeno Poppers
- Rinse and cut the jalapeno peppers down the middle. Remove the seeds if you don’t want it too spicy and set aside for now.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon for 3-5 minutes just until it has some color. You don’t want to cook it completely because it will finish in the air fryer. Chop the bacon in tiny bits after removing from the skillet and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, ground black pepper and minced garlic clove.
- Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F for 5 minutes.
- Use a spoon to stuff the jalapeno peppers with the cream cheese mixture.
- Top the peppers with panko bread crumbs and bacon.
- Transfer to the air fryer and cook at 325 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the peppers are fork tender.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Recipe Notes
- If you like your poppers extra spicy, leave the seeds in the jalapeños.
- Double or triple this recipe if making for a large crowd.
- The bacon will finish cooking in the air fryer so do not cook it all the way through.
- Always read your air fryer manual before using it.
