- Crab Meat – Season the crab meat and add bread crumbs then stuff the flounder before air frying.

How To Make Air Fryer Stuffed Flounder
- Season the flounder fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and lemon juice. Set aside for now.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
- Finely mince the garlic, shallot and parsley.
- Melt the butter in the microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted.
- In a bowl, combine the crab meat, garlic, shallot, parsley, old bay, seasoned bread crumbs and melted butter. Toss well until combined.
- Scoop the crab meat mixture on top of the flounder fillets. Roll the flounders up and use a toothpick to hold them so they don’t fall apart.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of the stuffed flounder fillets.
