- Coconut Rum
- Club Soda
- Coconut Simple Syrup
- Lime Juice
- Fresh Mint Leaves
- Blue Curacao
- Ice
How To Make A Blue Coconut Mojito
- First, start by adding the ice cubes, coconut rum, club soda, coconut simple syrup, lime juice and fresh mint leaves to a cocktail shaker.
- Next, muddle the mint leaves using a cocktail muddler.
- Close the cocktail shaker and shake well.
- Add more ice cubes to your highball glasses and pour the coconut mojito. The cocktail shaker already has a strainer attachment on it.
- Add the blue curaçao on top and garnish with mint leaves and lime.
- Finally, serve the blue coconut mojitos and enjoy!
Tips & Variations
- If you can’t find coconut simple syrup, you can substitute for regular simple syrup and coconut extract. Mix 2 tsp of coconut extract and 1 1/2 tbsp of simple syrup. Add the mixture to the cocktail shaker with the rest of the ingredients.
- If you don’t have or can’t find fresh mint leaves, you may use 3 tsp of mint simple syrup instead.
- Use lime juice from a freshly squeezed lime for a fresher taste.
