  • Coconut Rum – For this recipe, I used the Malibu brand but any coconut rum brand will work.
  • Lime Juice – Use freshly squeezed lime juice to make coconut mojito.
  • Sparkling Water – Mix the sparkling water with the lime juice and coconut rum.
  • Mint Leaves – Muddle the mint leaves for maximum flavor.
  • Sugar – Use sugar or your sweetener of choice.
The ingredients to make coconut mojito are coconut rum, sparkling water, lime juice, mint leaves and sugar.

How To Make Coconut Mojito

  1. Squeeze lime juice from 2 limes inside of a large pitcher.
  2. Cut 1 lime into wedges.
  3. Add the mint leaves and lime wedges to the pitcher.
  4. Muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges together.
  5. Add the sweetener or sugar, ice, rum and sparkling water. Mix everything together to combine.
  6. Garnish each glass with lime and mint leaves if desired and enjoy!

What Kind Of Coconut Rum Should I Use?

I used Malibu coconut rum for this cocktail recipe. The Cruzan brand or any other brand of coconut rum will work just as well. Find coconut rum for purchase at most liquor stores.

  • 2 cups coconut rum
  • 1 cup mint leaves packed
  • 1 whole lime cut into wedges for muddling
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 3 cups ice
  • 3 cups sparkling water
  • 3 tbsp sweetener or sugar

Instructions

  • Squeeze lime juice from 2 limes inside of a large pitcher.
  • Cut 1 lime into 4 wedges.
  • Add the mint leaves to the pitcher and the lime you cut into wedges.
  • Muddle the mint leaves and lime together.
