- Canned cinnamon rolls – Use a small round cookie cutter to cut the center out of each cinnamon bun.
- Oil – Heat the oil before frying the donuts.

- First, start by pouring about 2 inches of oil into a large pot.
- Heat the oil over medium heat until it reaches about 355 degrees F. Use a kitchen thermometer to measure the temperature.
- Transfer the cinnamon rolls to a cutting board. Use a small round cookie cutter to cut a hole down the center of each cinnamon bun. Save those donut holes for frying.
