Preheat the air fryer at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
In a baking dish or large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and brown sugar. Dip each side of your bread slices into the mixture and place into the air fryer. Do not crowd the air fryer, depending how large it is you might only be able to fit 1-2 slices at a time.
Transfer the dipped french toast slices to the air fryer and cook at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Remove from the air fryer and serve with butter, your favorite syrup and even chopped nuts.
- It is important to use a propellant-free cooking spray so you don't damage the inside of the air fryer.
- Cooking times may vary depending on the power of your particular air fryer. Check on the pumpkin french toast after 4 minutes to see if is it time to flip.
- Never over crowd the air fryer or food will not cook evenly.
