Ingredients

  • Bread – For this recipe, I am using sliced brioche bread but any kinds of bread you have lying around the house could work.
  • Milk and Eggs – Whisk together the milk and eggs first before adding in your spices.
  • Pumpkin Puree, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Vanilla Extract and Brown Sugar – These flavors enhance this french toast recipe to make it melt in your mouth. Pumpkin pie spice might be hard to find in the grocery store but you can buy it here as well.
The ingredients you will need for this recipe are brioche bread, milk, eggs, pumpkin and a few other spices

How To Make Air Fried Pumpkin Spice French Toast

  1. Preheat the air fryer at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
  2. Spray the inside of the air fryer with propellant-free coconut oil cooking spray.
  3. In a baking dish or large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and brown sugar.
  4. Dip each side of your bread slices into the mixture and place into the air fryer. Do not crowd the air fryer, depending how large it is you might only be able to fit 1-2 slices at a time.
  5. Transfer the dipped french toast slices to the air fryer and cook at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve with butter, your favorite syrup and even chopped nuts.
