Ingredients

  • Catfish Fillets – Visit your local fish market for some fresh catfish fillets
  • Milk – Soak the fillets in milk and lemon juice to remove the fishy taste before air frying
  • Blackened Seasoning and Cayenne Pepper – I love adding a little extra cayenne pepper for more spice and flavor
  • Lemon Juice, Garlic, Parsley and Melted Butter – Make this optional sauce to serve with the catfish, you won’t regret it!
