Ingredients
- Halibut Fillets – Fresh or frozen fillets work well for this air fryer halibut recipe.
- Fajita Seasoning – Coat the fish with fajita seasoning before air frying.
- Olive Oil – Drizzle olive oil over each fillet.
- Lemon Juice – Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish for serving.
- Fresh Parsley – Adds a little color and flavor but it is completely optional.
Season the fillets and drizzle with olive oil before transferring to the air fryer to cook.
How To Make Air Fryer Halibut
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F for 5 minutes.
- Pat dry each fillet with a paper towel.
- Drizzle the fish with olive oil and season with fajita seasoning.
- Spray the inside of the air fryer with a propellant free cooking spray.
- Transfer the halibut fillets to the air fryer and cook at 350 degrees F for 6-7 minutes or until cooked through.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish and garnish with fresh parsley before serving if desired.
