Hot and cheesy baked buffalo chicken dip is one of the best appetizers to serve, especially for game days and special occasions. It’s made with lots of cheddar cheese, garlic, homemade buffalo sauce and topped with green scallions at the end for even more flavor. This recipe is a spin off from my delicious baked buffalo chicken sliders which is also a family favorite in my home. Serve alongside these perfectly baked candied kielbasa and Spanish style garlic shrimp for an assortment of appetizers at your next event.
