  • Scallops – Pat dry the scallops with a paper towel before seasoning.
  • Lemon Juice, White Wine – Be sure to use freshly squeezed lemon juice and dry white wine.
  • Salt, Black Pepper and Paprika Powder – Combine the spices, then toss the scallops with it.
  • Garlic Cloves, Panko Bread Crumbs, Parmesan Cheese and Melted Butter – Toss the scallops in this mixture until very well combined then transfer to a baking dish.
