Ingredients

  • White Sparkling Sugar and Red Sanding Sugar – Rim the glasses with red and white sugar before making your raspberry mimosa recipe.
  • Raspberries – Fresh raspberries work great and you can even freeze them before making this drink.
  • Cran-Raspberry Juice and Sparkling Wine – Mix together in the mixer before adding to the glasses.
  • Razzmatazz Raspberry Liqueur – I’m using the De Kuyper brand but any brand of this liquor will do.

How To Make Raspberry Mimosas

  1. Rim the cocktail glasses with juice from a fresh lime or a little bit of honey.
  2. Add the white sparkling sugar and red sanding sugar to a bowl and dip the rims of the glasses to coat.
  3. Add ice and fresh raspberries to each glass.
  4. In a mixer, combine the cran-raspberry juice, sparkling wine and raspberry liqueur.
  5. Shake vigorously and pour into each mimosa glass.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries, serve and enjoy.
