Make this delicious no churn strawberry oreo ice cream with simple to find ingredients. Making homemade ice cream is easier than you think and is always a hit, at least in my home! This recipe was made with fresh strawberries, crushed Oreo cookies and sweetened condensed milk. All you have to do is freeze it overnight and you’ll have a special treat the next day. Ingredients

  • Strawberries – Pulse fresh strawberries in a food processor.
  • Oreo Cookies – I used original Oreo cookies for this recipe but golden oreos would work just as well.
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk, Heavy Cream and Vanilla Extract – Beat the heavy cream in a mixer until it resembles whipped cream.

How To Make Strawberry Oreo Ice Cream

  1. Pulse fresh strawberries in a food processor. You’ll still want some chunks of strawberries when finished.
  2. In a stand mixer, beat the heavy cream until it resembles whipped cream.
  3. Crush the Oreo cookies.
  4. In a bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, strawberries, crushed Oreo cookies and fold in the whipped cream gently until the ingredients are fully combined.
  5. Transfer to an 8×8 dish, cover with plastic wrap and freeze over night.
  6. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

  • Original Oreo cookies were used for this recipe but Golden Oreos work well too.
  • Do not over mix the heavy cream.
  • This recipe must be kept in the freezer for at least a good 12 hours before serving.
