Ingredients
- Strawberries – Pulse fresh strawberries in a food processor.
- Oreo Cookies – I used original Oreo cookies for this recipe but golden oreos would work just as well.
- Sweetened Condensed Milk, Heavy Cream and Vanilla Extract – Beat the heavy cream in a mixer until it resembles whipped cream.
How To Make Strawberry Oreo Ice Cream
- Pulse fresh strawberries in a food processor. You’ll still want some chunks of strawberries when finished.
- In a stand mixer, beat the heavy cream until it resembles whipped cream.
- Crush the Oreo cookies.
- In a bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, strawberries, crushed Oreo cookies and fold in the whipped cream gently until the ingredients are fully combined.
- Transfer to an 8×8 dish, cover with plastic wrap and freeze over night.
- Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

- Do not over mix the heavy cream.
